Dave Youl is a Christian Educator who is passionate about using his experience of over 20 years to assist schools develop their ICT strategy in such a way that allows the gospel of Christ to impact “every square inch”. He is not a typical technologist. Working in business for a number of years subsequent to completing a Bachelor of Business degree, Dave entered teaching first as an HSIE teacher, specialising in Business Studies and Economics. An interest in technology led to subsequent positions of Computing Studies Coordinator, ICT Integrator and then Director of ICT at Covenant Christian School, Sydney.

Navigate Education Services aims to support ICT strategy development in Christian Schools around Australia. Dave is a skilled communicator and strategist who will work with existing staff to develop and refine strategic goals for the use of ICT in schools in such a way that ensures cohesion with a biblical worldview and the vision and mission of the school.
