There are many times in the managing of a school community where you need to bring in an outside voice and a new perspective. Dave Youl from Navigate Education was able to do that for us by walking alongside our executive and IT teams. Over the year, Dave’s consulting included solid engagement, strategic and practical IT advice, Christian perspectives on the areas of IT and great modelling and leadership to our team.

Dave comes with a pastoral bent that works towards building relationships and trust whilst navigating complex change. His ability to focus on our situation, whilst juggling other schools and tasks was much appreciated and we look forward to our paths crossing again.
