With the resignation of my ICT Director, it was time to review and reshape the way forward. I had worked previously with Dave Youl in the recruiting process for our ICT Director and this positive experience coupled with strong recommendations from other Christian schools led me to working with Dave from Navigate Education once again. 

Dave immersed himself into our community and was on site regularly for three terms. During this time he conducted a Sentiment Review and led us through the process of developing an IT Strategic Plan.

The process was rigorous and collaborative and included interviews, focus groups and surveys with key stakeholders. Dave’s report provided sentiment from all stakeholders which was used as the foundation of our new IT Strategic Plan. The new IT plan has deliberate and strong connections to our current key objectives in our College Strategic Plan. Dave’s understanding of a Christian worldview and his application of such in an IT Strategic Plan was invaluable. 

Dave was able to provide me with an impartial and objective opinion for the way forward, always ensuring that decisions made, would ensure a transformational learning experience for our students.
